JOIN US AS A FMOC Sr. SpecialistSimilar Industry Titles and Key Words: Alarm Technician, Maintenance Technician, Facility Technician As an FMOC Sr Specialist, you will provide technical phone, alarm and email support to Target Store team members, Facilities Management field team members and external vendors for a multitude of assets and services in and around our Target Facilities. As a FMOC Sr. Specialist, you'll take the lead: Computer UsageAs an FMOC Sr Specialist, you will be performing much of your daily tasks on a computer. You will need to understand various office software programs as well as being proficient on various job specific programs.Call or Contact CenterAs an FMOC Sr Specialist, you will be handling high volumes of contacts which include alarms, phone calls, emails and/or work orders for a wide variety of Target Assets. You will handle escalated situations that can be highly technical in nature.
