Administrative Coordinator - Property Management

LOCATION: Beaverton, OR

SALARY: $14 hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: Growing property management company is looking to add to their team! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company who is looking for dynamic individuals to grow with them. They are currently looking for an administrative dispatcher. The right individual will be highly customer service orientated. Duties include but are not limited to: Lots of Posting vacancies for units. Check websites for accuracy. Answer and return calls. Answer emails. Answer text messages. Schedule appointments for agents. Follow up on appointments. Upselling customer properties. Update website. Experience with Google Drive. Track all communications with prospective tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years administrative/customer service experience. Computer literate. Willing to work in a team environment.

A criminal background check and/or drug screen may be required.
