Customer Relations Manager

LOCATION: Beaverton, OR

SALARY: $50K-$60K year

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our customer, a growing leader in the financial services industry, is seeking to add to their Customer Relations team. ROLE DESCRIPTION ROLE DESCRIPTION The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for product implementation, customer satisfaction and customer retention. They are the key strategic partner for customers for information gathering, boarding and customer contact and feedback. Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills and refined attention to detail. The Customer Relationship Manager must also be an exceptional problem solver and collaborator and must have strong follow through. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Implement customers as assigned, maintaining close customer relationship to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met • Serve as primary point of contact for interacting and managing customer relationships over the phone and through email to ensure user adoption, retention and overall success • Communicate with various departments internally to ensure an integrated approach to the customer relationship • Resolve account issues quickly utilizing problem solving skills and internal resources • Establish and monitor appropriate reports to measure and ensure customer success • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our customers • Perform miscellaneous project and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
SKILLS &SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Professional level written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven, time-sensitive environment. • Detail-oriented, strong problem solver • Excellent organizational skills • Familiarity with accounting and payment industry practices • 3+ years customer service experience or support experience within the payments industry • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high growth, dynamic environment • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience working within Salesforce CRM preferred but not required
