About this job

The Server Assistant acts Guest First and demonstrates teamwork by ensuring that the Guest experiences seamless, timely, and attentive, polished service. The Server Assistant is responsible for interacting with the guest by, among other things, providing water, beverage service, refills, food delivery, as well as clean and staged Guest areas.

Requirements

Job Requirements
* Valid food handler and/or liquor license card (if required by state law)
* Ability to arrive to work on time, ready to start a scheduled shift
* Has a basic knowledge of restaurant operations
* Displays a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude towards coworkers and management
* Demonstrates good time management skills by completing all tasks in a timely manner
* Must be able to work a variety of scheduled shifts, based on the needs of the restaurant volume
* Must work well in a fast paced environment
* Must work well under pressure
* Must be able to maintain your balance while carrying trays
