About this job
- Closely collaborate with functional disciplines, vendors and industry consultants managing projects, that will provide solutions and support across all applicable business applications including; Lawson, Ross, Chesapeake, Accruent, Kronos and others.
- Provide business and technical support to the Corporate Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll departments, and our Bakery division to optimize and streamline the technology and processes supporting these functional areas.
- Analyze business requirements, costs and benefits, and determine resource needs and availability to meet project objectives.
- Consult and coach end users in order to minimize the impact of change on individuals and departments.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT Department to keep systems working effectively, with minimum downtime, keeping current on patches and releases.
- Manage a team while providing for their professional growth and development.
- An experienced manager: You lead by example and know how to elevate the team and bring the best out of others.
- A communications expert: You communicate easily in the most appropriate medium, be it email, formal and informal conversation or MS Lync; you're comfortable co-mingling and collaborating with any level of the organization.

Requirements:
- 2+ years' managing and developing an IT team responsible for enterprise applications and integrations
- 5+ years' experience managing ERP platforms and other enterprise-level packaged applications.
- 3+ years hands-on development experience, leading custom development efforts using contemporary technologies including, but not limited to, .Net, ETL, and SOA.
- 8+ years' experience supporting SQL integration technologies, including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.
- 5+ years of practical experience managing projects, implementing systems and defining business requirements using processes and methods including but not limited to ITIL, PMI, RUP, and Agile.
- Working knowledge of Lawson, Ross or another mid- to top-tier ERP platform.
- Experience implementing, configuring and supporting OTS software.
- Experience integrating with cloud solutions.
- Proficient in technical writing.
