As a Customer Service Specialists, Hotel Reservations at our Salt Lake City Reservations Office you will: 

  • Answers calls from guests all over North America interested in staying at any of our hotels
    • All calls are inbound (they call us)
  • Provide elite customer service to our guests while trying to match them to the hotel that best meets their needs 
  • Deliver a great customer experience

Our Salt Lake City Reservations Office is located at 1275 West 2240 South in the Metro Business Park. We are a short 5 minute walk from the River Trail Trax Station.

Qualifications

Having experience in customer service, sales, call center, or hotels is great but it is not required. Our primary qualifications are a great attitude, good communication skills (especially listening skills), and the ability to quickly navigate web pages. 

  • Our typical Customer Service Specialists, Hotel Reservations earn about $13 per hour. 
    • Starting base wage is $11 per hour
      • Annual base wage increases (raises every year)
    • $1 per hour shift differential for working after 3 pm or any hours on the weekend
    • Commission for reservations booked (all calls are inbound)
    • Currently (all included) our top Customer Service Specialists, Hotel Reservations consistently earn over $16 per hour
