We are looking for an inside sales/account executive to join our team that has the ability to have fun, work hard, achieve results and help build an outstanding company. Some of the inside sales/account executive duties and tasks would include:

  • Perform outbound calls and emails to convert prospect database into clients
  • Service and maintain customers that need support across the country
  • Follow up on email and social media campaigns to set initial meetings and calls with new and existing customers

Training:

  • Ongoing day to day training
  • "Listen in" training by attending other calls and meetings with senior management
  • Industry training
  • Shadowing

Convert new customers: The number one focus of this team member will be to convert / win new customers onto the client programs. This will be achieved by calls and emails in conjunction with our marketing tools and campaigns. They will have the support of marketing, other sales teams, the supply chain teams and the director of sales.

Relationships: Be able to develop solid relationships quickly with customers over the phone and via email. These customers will vary from VP's & Sr. managers to mid-level office administrators.

Results: Achieve revenue quotas, new customer acquisition quotas and personal development goals.
