JOB SUMMARY:
Assists customers, vendors and affiliates with timely customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience required
DU T I E S AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responds to calls from customers and suppliers. Coordinates and tracks the progress of customer inquiries. Records issues in tracker tool and directs to appropriate department for resolution.
2. Provides administrative support for contract implementation services.
3. Maintains service and communication documents in applicable format.
4. Assists with tracking various documentation.
