Job Title: Zone Supervisor
Full-time, first shift, weekends included
Job Description: Hands on leaders needed with good communication skills. Knowledge of janitorial work and supervisory experience desired. Additional training is provided in operation of equipment and customer specifications. KBS seeks those willing to learn, train, and communicate daily with customers and janitorial crew members. Must be detail-oriented, highly responsible. Must have Effective Oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with cleaning crew members and Store management. Must own reliable transportation and have willingness to travel to more work locations in the area. Knowledge of commercial cleaners, vacuums, auto scrubbers, buffers, side by side, carpet extractors, power washers, strip and wax floors, directing and training crew members is a plus. Some electronic device skills and bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful.
