On-site Registered Nurse - Full-time / Part-time

General Position Description:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring the well-being of patients and for providing a positive, supportive environment for patients and other staff while working in conjunction with the Well staff, mid-level practitioners, health coaches and additional support staff.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible For Assessing, Screening, Triaging And Carrying Out Prescribed Treatment Of Patients, With Clear And Concise Documentation.   
• Responsible For Administration Of Medical Treatment As Prescribed By the Well staff,  Standing Orders And As Prescribed By The Practitioner, Ensuring The Well-Being Of Patient.
• Responsible For The Administration of Medication.
• Assists the Practitioner with Examinations, Procedures and Other Duties, As Deemed Necessary.
• Oversees And Coordinates The Daily Patient Care Flow, Assisting And Participating In All Aspects Of Patient Care And Patient Room Preparation, Stocking And Decontamination.
• Additional Duties may include: BAT and UDS Trainer, Mentor/Preceptor of new RN’s, Assisting with center inspections, Assisting managers in checking labs , QA,  UDS and referral logs, Chart Audits, triaging patients and assisting with facilitating telemedicine visits.
• Other duties as assigned.
