Dental Assistant (Kansas City)

The nation’s largest in-school dental program is looking for Dental Assistants to provide dental services to children who may not otherwise receive dental care.

We need your help to reach many more children in need.You can make a difference every day, every patient. We need full-time qualified Dental Assistants to provide quality care in Jackson, Clay Platte, Buchanan, Andrew, Cass, Bates, Lafayette, Johnson, Ray, Nodaway, Lawerence, Linn, Randolph and Boone counties.

NO evenings or weekends! Summers OFF!

Responsibilities :

• 4-handed / chair-side dental assisting
• Digital radiography
• Charting of patient treatment plan
• Equipment set-up, breakdown, and sterilization assistance
• Daily travel to and from school sites

Qualification:

• Must hold active CPR card
• Must have 1+ years Dental Assisting experience in restorative procedures.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily to school.

• Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Must be able to carry 55 lbs.
