Thru Hole Machine Operator

PrideStaff is now hiring an experienced Thru Hole Machine Operator for a Manufacturing Facility in Bloomington, IL!

Full Time, 1st Shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Temp to Hire, Climate Controlled Environment!

Job Duties Include:

· Operate and troubleshoot machinery along a production line

· Assemble materials by reading work orders, following production drawings and sample assemblies, and/or receiving verbal instructions regarding operations to be performed

· Add supplies to reservoirs of machines

· Perform electronic and precision mechanical apparatus repair on sophisticated equipment

· Work from schematics/manuals and troubleshoot/repair to the component level

· Proficient in the use of various test equipment as required to make repairs/adjustments

· Adjust dimensional and structural characteristics or conveyor pallets and rails used to hold and transport PCBs through automated processes using instruments and hand tools, such as micrometers, dial indicators, pin gauges, wrenches and screwdrivers

· Load boards on conveyor lines

· Record setting of machine before and after adjustments are made

· Monitor indicators during soldering process

· Shut down machine following prescribed procedures

· Clean parts and interior of machines

· Complete daily production documentation, as necessary

· Clean and maintain work area

· Programming various automated equipment (some additional training may be required)

++May lift up to 25-30 pounds occasionally++

Minimum Skills/Abilities Requirements:

· HS Diploma/GED

· Able to read and comprehend instructions

· Able to sit or stand for long periods

· Able to work with minimal supervision

· Detail oriented

· Team player
