Summary:
The Commercial Services Order Management Representative is responsible for all data entry throughout the assigned area. Also, this position requires accurate quality checking of all contracts submitted for installation or construction.

The Commercial Services Order Management Representative is responsible for all data entry throughout the assigned area. Also, this position requires accurate quality checking of all contracts submitted for installation or construction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Must have a working knowledge of personal computer and industry standard software programs to including Windows and Microsoft Office and be able to type at least 45 wpm
- Must have general to broad knowledge of commercial products and services
- Must be a high paced self-motivator who promotes teamwork among co-workers.
- Must be able to multi-task such as simultaneously using telephone and computer skills.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while typing and reading on the computer.
- Prefer knowledge of cable billing system
- Must have the ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables and standardized situations.
- Must have the general knowledge of basic mathematical computations.
- Requires adherence to Time Warner Cable Standards of Business Conduct. Position must assist in maintaining the confidentiality of customer and business data at all times.
- Cross reference all Commercial Service Agreements with Salesforce database.
- Schedule all Broadband, Commercial Cable and Voice Sales of upgrades, installs, special request into the ICOMS or CSG billing system.
- Enter new, upgrade, downgrade, and disconnect service orders for sales.
- Conduct quality checks on all sales orders submitted by sales agents.
- Accurately enter sales orders in ICOMS or CSG billing system.
- Adhere to productivity standards to ensure all orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Make customer contact to schedule installation of services.
- Develop through training and on-the-job experience a thorough understanding of the entire ICOMs or CSG billing process including but not limited to: pro-rates, non-pays, rate increases, adjustments, credits, discounts, collections, renewals, and billing equations.
