The restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant daily operations:

• Deliver a great customer experience through your leadership.
• “Make A Connection” with your customers that is warm, fun, energetic and friendly.
• Manage a restaurant operation that delivers on sales and income targets, like every business.
• Be “Proud out Loud” in your community and “Run it like you own it” – because you do!
• Hire, train, coach and lead your team that included bakers, shift leaders, and catering specialists. Our normal team consists of 12-15 team members – no more 60+ schedules!!

At Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, we believe that taking great care of our guests begins with taking care of our employees, and we try to do a bang-up job with both. At Einstein Noah Restaurant Group our managers do something innovative around dinnertime; they close the store and go home. Our standard operating hours start early – we open at 5am as a leader in the breakfast fast-casual segment – and we generally close between 4 and 5pm. No more late nights, overnights, or calls that bring you back to work! This is not to say the challenge is easy, but the hours can afford you a personal life too!

What do you need to join ENRGI Nation?

• College degree and the ability to rapidly learn the restaurant industry and/or 2 years restaurant management experience
• ServSafe Certification required
• An energetic personality and a passion for the business!
