Job Responsibilities:
- Receive funds from customers
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- General filing for all departments
- Title and paperwork processing as needed
- Cash drawer and deposit reconciliation
- General data entry in dealership and accounting software
- Greet and assist customers
- Various accounting support and other tasks as required
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
Skills and Abilities:
- Necessary experience/education to perform job duties well
- Detail-oriented
- Time management skills
- Pleasant personality and good at dealing with people on a regular basis
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office and email
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
