We’re hiring Full Time Warehouse Selectors for our Distribution Center in Pleasanton, CA.

 

$16.45 starting pay / Swing Shift

 

Job Description/Duties

• Works with speed in a busy warehouse operation

• Selects products using an electric pallet jack

• Stacks orders neatly on a wooden pallet—heavy product on bottom

• Keeps the same orders together even if more than one is on a pallet

• Labels pallets correctly and visibly with route number, batch number, and initials

• Stages full pallets for loading

• Keeps work area clean of all waste materials

Qualifications

• Have high school diploma or GED

• Read, write, and understand instructions in English

• Be proficient in math

• Follow directions and work independently

• Have pallet jack license or be able to pass training program for license

• Show high degree of attention and skill with a pallet jack and stacking products

• Able to lift 25-100 lb. and bend frequently

• Available to work 10-hour shifts, nights, weekends and holidays

• Meet specific goals for thru-put and accuracy

• Work in all compartments–freezer, cooler, and dry areas

• McLane requires pre-employment drug tests, including a hair follicle test, and a background check
