Position Purpose:
At Floor and Decor our Supply Chain is crucial to meeting the demands of our customers. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store. In addition, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all associates are trained and following all standard operating procedures. They are also responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel, directing day to day activities of the warehouse, inventory control and ensuring a safe work environment.

- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job as determined by the company.

- Must possess excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow up skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
