To continue our amazing growth, Floor and Decor is actively seeking gifted people with a passion in business to business relationship building to support our rapidly growing F&D PRO Services Program. You will be joining a successful PRO Services sales team that is well trained, motivated, and focused on providing a Superior Customer Experience. We are looking for an energetic, professional individual with prior leadership and outside sales experience to enhance our Commercial Sales Team in achieving impressive business results.

Position Purpose:

This position is an outside sales position and responsible for providing leadership of the PRO business within a designated sales territory by driving sales growth and profitability using appropriate marketing and sales methodologies and building account relationships. Monitor key performance indicators for assigned professional customers, and meet or exceed financial performance to plan by working with the Chief Executive Merchant (Store Manager) and Regional PRO Services Director. Review pertinent PRO customer satisfaction results to understand customers' perspectives, and use the information to drive local decisions and strategies to improve competitive edge.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will possess the following:
  1. High School graduate or equivalent (College degree preferred)
  2. 3 years’ experience in retails sales Management
  3. 3 years’ experience in outside sales B2B (Retail industry preferred and Cold Calling)
  4. Must enjoy travel (Road Warrior)
  5. Valid Driver’s License and proof of Auto Insurance
  6. Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking a plus but not required
  7. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
  8. Experience in hiring, training and coaching
