Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is a health-system owned, multispecialty group based in north central Connecticut. We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals in one of our well-established medical practices in Ellington and Vernon.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
l Medical degree (MD or DO)
l American Board of Internal Medicine board certified in Internal Medicine (or eligible)
l Connecticut licensed (or eligible)
l Federal DEA/Connecticut controlled substance licensed (or eligible)
l Preferably one year of experience in a Primary Care office setting but welcome residency trainedÂ
