Responsible for developing, implementing and constantly improving training program for FCP road personnel and other departments as needed.  Training to encompass aspects of both sales and operational systems for all FCP road staff, as well as operations support staff.  Knowledge of and ability to instruct on use of FCP systems pertinent to all FCP road staff positions is critical.  Develop programs to measure and monitor successful strategies as applicable to all divisions of FCP.

Essential Job Functions

  • Managing, coaching, and training of road staff on use of FCP data systems.
  • Produce training materials and maintain online reference available to all.
  • Conduct training sessions on site or at centralized location as needed for various traveling shows.
  • Act as liaison between road staff and corporate staff in issues pertaining to company policy, standard procedures, etc.
  • Work with operations and IT in developing and testing new software for use on the road.
  • Review systems data for validity and quality.  Provide feedback to users.
  • Adhere to department budget and monitor expenses to accomplish goals in most cost effective manner.

  • High level of organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal oriented and customer service minded.
