Team Leader

Developmental/learning position reporting to the General Manager. Certification from Five Guys Enterprises and Serve Safe required, (training provided and paid for by Company). Supervises food service work in accordance with established policies and procedures. Prepares daily work station schedule. Monitors and records employee attendance and performance, and approves employee time punches and breaks. Communicates equipment problems, schedule issues, staffing, morale, work methods and procedure problems to management. Helps managers to ensure all standards and food safety procedures are adhered to. Attends staff meetings. May be responsible for cash handling systems on shifts.
