As a Restaurant Server, you will

• Ensure the guest experience is exceptional ...
• Offer helpful guidance with menu offerings and respond knowledgeably to any/all questions ...
• Responsible for meal and dessert preparation, from a limited Brand mandated menu, and ensuring dishes are presented well, as ordered and to the guest's satisfaction ...
• Tasked with preparation/creation/service of alcoholic beverages (must be an eligible candidate and able to secure a State alcohol service certification/card) ...
• Periodically check in with guests to ensure needs have been met.
• Graciously present an accurate check and collect payment at the conclusion of the guest's meal, etc.  

Fundamentals

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. One year of server experience is always helpful. Successful completion of TIPS Training and the ability to effectively utilize a POS system is necessary. This position requires full mobility, continuous quick-paced movement and can involve lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
