Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Outpatient Cancer Center, the Assistant Nurse Manager Pediatric Cancer Center will be well supported by one other Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurses, and talented RNs. The Nurse Manager Cancer Center will work collaboratively with the Oncology Manager on patient safety and staff development initiatives.
As day-shift supervisor, the Assistant Nurse Manager Pediatric Hematology will coordinate and direct patient care operations on behalf of the RN Manager Pediatric Oncology. The Charge Nurse Pediatric Oncology will facilitate ongoing staff development, program planning, and delivery of compassionate care to achieve unit goals.
