An exciting new opportunity for a Nurse Manager Labor & Delivery has just opened up at a non-profit, short-term acute care hospital in beautiful, serene Oregon State!

This 175-bed medical center is well respected for high levels of patient care and close personal relationships within the community. Accredited by the Joint Commission, the hospital offers comprehensive services including inpatient and outpatient care, medical and surgical services, and diagnostic and emergency care.

Reporting to the Nurse Director of Family Birth Center, the Nurse Manager Family Birth Center will oversee a 12-bed, state-of-the-art LDRP unit that was remodeled within the last 20 years. The Nurse Manager Labor & Delivery will be well supported by skilled team of talented Nurse Managers and Charge Nurses. The L&D Nurse Manager will work in an open door environment where team effort and family atmosphere are embraced.

The Nurse Manager Obstetrics will provide collaborative leadership for the process of planning, directing, integrating and coordinating activities to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services. The Nurse Manager of Perinatal Services will be responsible for personnel management, budget planning and monitoring, scheduling, systems improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements and strategic planning.
