The Orthopedic Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing over 40 employees and two nursing floors. The Assistant Director will be in charge of the planning, organization, direction, and evaluation of goals and objectives. The Assistant Director will oversee quality initiatives and will collaborate with the Director, educators and other interdisciplinary teams. The Assistant Director will play an important role as the hospital looks to expand is Surgical Service line, specifically its Joint Replacement Program and Trauma Program.
