The Nurse Director Surgical Services will oversee the busy OR, Endoscopy, Pre-Op, PACU, and Sterile Processing Unit. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Operating Room will be well supported by a dedicated team of Nurse Managers, Nurse Educators, Charge Nurses, and experienced RNs.

In collaboration with Physicians, Nurses, and Executives, the Nursing Director of Surgery will work to embed the organization’s mission, vision and values into quality patient care. The Nursing Director Surgical Services will manage the department’s fiscal budget, clinical standards development, and all personnel. The Senior Director Operating Room will mentor all nursing staff, improve productivity, and encourage professional growth.
