A Dallas Fort Worth Metropolitan Area Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Quality Coordinator to join their award winning Healthcare Organization.
The Quality Coordinator will report to the Director of Quality and will work in a multidisciplinary focused on performance improvement and quality coordination. The Quality Coordinator will work to ensure this committed healthcare organization maintains its high standards for excellent service through Continuous Quality Improvement and Total Quality Management.
The Nursing Supervise will be fairly autonomous while coordination, and implementing quality improvement project and quality management throughout the hospital. The Nurse Coordinator will collaborate with unit managers and directors to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.
The Performance Improvement Coordinator will conduct detailed data collection and analyses and provide solutions for optimum efficiency and effectiveness of services hospital wide.
