The Mental Health Psych Clinical Nurse Specialist CNS will establish standards for patient care and evaluates interventions to improve care. The Psych Clinical Nurse Specialist's emphasis on the role components is dependent upon the patient population and the clinical and administrative functions/needs of the unit, Department of Nursing and the HealthSystem. Experience in adult and geriatric psychiatric nursing required.
