MedSurg Staff Nurse

There is a great opportunity for a Night-Shift MedSurg Registered Nurse, in a reputable hospital in southern Pennsylvania.

Working with state-of-the-art equipment, the Night Shift Surgical Services Nurse will be responsible for assessing and identifying patient needs and establishing an appropriate plan of care afterwards. They will perform a wide range of duties, including performing tests and notating accurate notes in the patients' medical records.

The Night Shift MedSurg Nurse will work in a team, and will be a patient advocate, ensuring they receive the appropriate continuum of care that is vital to their healing process. The MedSurg RN will treat a diverse set of patients, with a diverse set medical needs.

The Night Shift Med/Surg RN will report to the Manager of the Medical Surgical department. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills. They will also be detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks.
