The Assistant Director of ICU will have oversight of the small unit and emergency procedures every month. A highly qualified nurse staff will be supporting the Critical Care Nurse Manager.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Crit Care, and support the Director in continuing to maintain the quality of care that has come to be expected from this ICU department.

The Nursing Manager of the Critical Care Unit is directly responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day clinical operations inside this unit. Also the responsibility for the supervision, guidance, and training of this departments staff nurse’s will fall to the Nurse Manager of ICU.
