Under the leadership of an innovative Chief Nursing Officer at this full-service acute care medical center, the Trauma Center Nursing Director will guide 3 Nurse Managers in overseeing a first-rate staff of 73 FTEs. The Emergency Room Nurse Director administers accountability for the day-to-day clinical operations of a department that treats nearly 60,000 patients each year.

The Nursing Director of Urgent Care will govern the 35-bed Level III Trauma Center and off-campus satellite Emergency Room, orchestrating the safe and efficient delivery of patient care and high quality nursing practices. The Emergency Department RN Director will develop training programs and inspire nursing personnel to maintain those quality standards.

The Accident and Emergency Department Director is essential to the progressive medical care provided at this 535-bed hospital. Constantly striving to meet the healthcare needs of its community and of the surrounding counties, the health care facility continues a legacy of providing personalized, advanced medical services through the utilization of evidence based research and education for nearly 100 years.
