The Nursing Director of Emergency Services will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will have complete 24/7 accountability of the Emergency Department and its staff. The ER Nurse Director will provide leadership and direction for all clinical and administrative services within the ED, manage budgets, uphold quality standards, develop goals and objectives, and ensure proper patient care is being delivered. The ideal candidate for this ED Nurse Director role will have strong previous nursing leadership experience in the Emergency Room setting.
