One of the fastest growing restaurant companies in the country is looking for Shift Leads and Team Members for our store in Cypress CA. Restaurant experience is not required. We offer training, cool uniforms and flexible schedules.

Position Objective:

The objective of a Which Wich Crew Member is to make superior sandwiches in a clean, friendly and vibacious environment while delivering SUPERIOR guest experience.

Guest Service

Our Team

Always be truthful and honest with fellow Team Members, Management and Guests
Arrive on time and ready for work in the appropriate uniform, or notify the Manager ahead of time if you are unable to work your scheduled shift

Skills/Qualifications

Must be able to follow directions

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to perform the basic functions of the job.
Must be able to tolerate temperature extremes (hot and cold) when working in walk-in and around ovens and sinks
Standing, bending and walking for extended periods of time on hard surface
