Now we're looking to reinforce our team with people who are decisive, brilliant and built for speed.  Join with us and start doing your life’s best work.The Associate Risk Analyst is a support position in the Risk Management Department.  The Analyst distributes and reviews Eligibility Verifications for in-force groups to ensure the group continues to meet the definition of a small employer as defined by their benefit contract.  The priority for an Associate Risk Analyst is answering live calls coming into the general phone line and performing administrative functions related to office communications.  Primary Responsibilities: Conduct one life criteria audits and reconcile tax documents for group and member level eligibilityFirst point of contact for calls coming into the general lineCommunicate regularly with RAE, inside sales, customer service, and agents in regard to case status and issues regarding the auditsCoordinates Mail, e-mail, phones, and fax distributions to team membersInterpret Group Policies, COCs, legislative and compliance regulationsMaintain reporting and tracking database for assigned groupsAbility to meet TAT and productivity goals set by managementMaintain current knowledge and understanding of HIPAA, ARRA and PHI regulationsTakes initiative to identify and resolve issues

Requirements

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of customer service experience Experience with Microsoft Word, and the ability to create, edit, save, send documentations Experience with Microsoft Excel, and the ability to create/edit spreadsheets and use sort/filter functions Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to create, edit, and present informationPreferred Qualifications: Heathcare industry experience Working knowledge of the enrollment system and insurance platformSoft Skills: Exhibits ability to identify and resolve problems Ability to organize and prioritize Ability to work independently and as a team Attention to detail Strong Communication skills oral and writtenCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
