Position Summary:
The Asset Management Administrator is responsible for assisting in the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial tax lien foreclosures focusing on the performance of the administrative functions of the asset management group including, but not limited to, the subsequent tax purchases, the preparation and distribution of asset management reports, invoice payment processing, legal status updates to the system, processing payment plans, correspondence, bankruptcy and special projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial administration, legal, servicing, or real estate
- Proficient with Excel Power User
- Excellent analytically and organization skills
- AS/BS Degree
- Credit Analyst background preferred
- 3-5 years experience
