About this job
Our client is seeking a project superintendent to add to their team in for 7 to 8 month project. They are working on a ground up build of a courthouse in downtown Delaware, OH, so they are looking for someone relatively local. The framework is already constructed, but they need someone to oversee and manage all of the trades. They are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, who can have the personality to manage trades fairly and work well with others, as well as know a lot about all aspects of building new buildings.
