As a Customer Account Advisor and Delivery Driver you will play a key role in assisting the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals. In addition, you support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates. Primary Responsibilities
  • The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
  • Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phone
  • Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
  • Assist CAM in setting and achieving daily revenue and renewal goals.
  • Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
  • Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
  • Document all customer appointments and update customer information in the store computer system
  • Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by GM
  • Perform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
  • Safely operates company vehicle to make deliveries to customer's home
  • Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
  • Maintain updated customer information
  • Assist the Sales Team as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • 2 years of retail/customer service experience
  • Schedule flexibility between 8A – 9P, including Saturdays
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proven sales experience and ability to engage customers and use appropriate negotiation techniques
  • Excellent professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Skilled in balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Satisfactory MVR (driving record)
  • Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Maintain a professional appearance
