Job Description:
Complete hand assembly of electrical components
There will be some microscope use through magnifying glass
They will go through a course on blue print reading and will be expected to read blue prints in order to complete the assembly
They need to follow directions very strictly (quality minded)
They will be expected to work as a team
Must be open to learning other departments and being cross-trained
Everyone will go through training and will have classes to teach them the different aspects of the job.
First couple of weeks will be working directly with a partner and will have hands on assistance while learning
**MUST have good attendance
Hours: Monday-Friday 6AM-4:30PM; 10 hours of overtime EVERY week and every 4th Friday off.
