POSITION PURPOSE
The HRS Branch Manager is a critical role in the Renovation Services organization at The Home Depot.  Their primary responsibilities are to deliver excellent customer service through local client connectivity, drive adherence to proposal and project  SLA’s (timeliness, quality and compliance), manage Service Providers at the local level and act as an escalation point to resolve complex issues.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supervises and coordinates Associates engaged in the following activities, which include but are not limited to: processing and paying invoices, resolving payment disputes, auditing invoices and statements, recovering chargebacks and ensuring compliance with domestic and international laws and US Customs regulations.
Helps identify and implement process and organizational improvements; examines procedures and recommends changes to save time, labor, and other costs and to improve quality and operating efficiency. Identify and resolves discrepancies or errors.
Develops and trains Associates on the appropriate processes and procedures to ensure quality work. At times, performs Payables-related activities to enhance development, facilitate productivity or overcome difficult aspects of work.
Communicates goals, objectives and expectations to both Associates and business partners. Ensures understanding with respect to given projects and shares comments or concerns with management and/or Associates whenever necessary.
Plans, prepares and revises work schedules and duty assignments according to budget allotments, customer needs, problems, work loads, and statistical forecasts.
Verify completeness and accuracy of Associate's work, computations, and records. Evaluates Associate job performance in accordance with standards and recommends appropriate action.
Responsible for appropriate selection, termination, performance appraisal, and professional development of assigned staff.

NATURE AND SCOPE
Typically reports to Manager, Financial Operations.
Direct and indirect reports typically include 10 support associates.Additional Environmental Job Requirements: 
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
