Production Team Leader

We are in need of a Production Team Leader to fill one of our openings. The Production Team Leader will be responsible for day to day operations within their group. This includes: safety, manufacturing, productivity, labor planning, auditing, performance reviews, hiring, training, and deadlines. They will report to the Production Unit Leader and communicate with them daily. They will be managing anywhere from 3-25 people. They will interact with Production Unit Leaders, team leads, production operators, process engineers, production planners, tooling, diesetters, quality etc.

Must have the following experience:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering

- Exposure to TS 16949

- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/ production/ process engineering

-Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Experience
