Aerotek is looking to identity possible candidates for a Human Resources Recruiter with a great company in the Mobile, AL area.
Candidates will be responsible for:
- Sorting, screening, filtering and prioritizing applicant resumes for all nursing positions.
- Review resumes to determine if they meet minimum qualifications.
- Interviewing applicants and dispersing strong resumes to hiring managers.
- Also will travel to schools such as Faulkner, university of Mobile, South, Bishop to attend job fairs and recruit nurses.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recruiting or interview screening experience
- Prefers AA degree or equivalent
- 3 years of experience may be in lieu of degree preferred
- Great Customer Service skills and ability to screen thoroughly
