About this job
Working with children from infancy through school age. Must be flexible with availability. Hours of operation are M-F 7:00am-6:00pm. Previous childcare experience required. We are currently looking for a before/after care teacher. We have positions available from 7:00-9:00am, Monday - Friday (may require driving children to school, must have a valid driver's license), 3:00pm-6:00pm Monday-Friday, and sub positions available in all rooms. We are also hiring a full-time infant/toddler teacher.
1. Must be able to lift, move or hold children with a range of weight from 10-40 pounds (occasionally may be required to lift more than 40 pounds)
2. Both indoor and outdoor supervision of children is required daily, in various weather conditions.
3. Must be able to bend, sit, squat, reach, and/or climb as needed to perform all necessary activities.
4. Must maintain mental and physical alertness and an appropriate level of energy to perform essential job requirements.
5. Must possess acceptable hearing and visual capabilities in order to monitor the environment and children’s well-being and safety
