Senior Report Analyst - Contracts Analytics Team (CAT) - Telecommute - Full-time / Part-time

Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports. Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.
 
The ideal candidate for this senior level report analyst position will bring experience in developing robust reporting capabilities to support all levels of the organization, including executive level audiences.  The candidate should be interested in working with existing daily/weekly/monthly reporting solutions, with an interest in identifying process improvement and automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications
 
·  BA/BS in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related field
·  4+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development
·  Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases,
database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse.
· Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
· Knowledge of UnitedHealth Care Networks and Operations is an asset
·  Crystal Reports, Tableau, and/or SQL experience is an asset.
