General Contractor is supporting a historical preservation project. This project is a $100 million renovation job. Super will be 1 of 8 superintendents responsible for managing schedule and subcontractors, ensuring that subs are staying on schedule, communicating with PM and attending progress and project meetings.
Qualifications:
-Must have at least 3 years as a superintendent with at least 1 project at $20 million value.
-Must have renovation of occupied space experience (Historic preservation is a huge plus, as is MEP coordination)
-Must have experience managing subcontractor crews and dealing with high profile clients.
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
**military experience is a plus**
Location: Reston, VA (some travel required throughout the DMV area)
Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 (no relocation benefits provided)
