About this job
* Contact providers to determine claim issues
* Contact providers to advise of resolution of the claim issue
* Contact providers to obtain additional information on why they believe claim is not processing correctly
* Ability to review claims history and provider information to determine incorrectly processed claim
* Determine actions for claims identified as needing adjustment - sending to WPS for ADJ
* Determine if Authorization is correct for service in question and working with Health Care Service (Med review) to correct
* Work within our Facets claims system to review claims information
* Work within Outlook, to construct a clear, concise email message back to the requesting department
