Account Supervisor

Account Supervisors serve a dual advocacy role within the framework of The Alchemedia Project. They serve as the Strategic Thought Partner for our Clients and they are the agency’s representation to the client and are expected to advocate our strategic and creative position. Likewise, they are the client’s representative within the agency and must represent the client’s best interest in producing work. They must lead clients with a servant-leader spirit, thinking out ahead of the assignment and managing the details deftly.

Responsibilities
  • The Account Supervisor is responsible for having a high level of marketing acumen. The Account Supervisor must have a solid comprehension of marketing principles, the creative process, message strategy, and media proficiency.
  • Able to counsel clients in day-to-day tactical decisions
  • Capable of holding her own and making valued contributions in strategic conversations Capable of participating and making valuable contributions in strategic conversations
  • Work to inspire the creative process
  • Ability to know when to engage supervisor and additional expertise to contribute to overall success
  • Proficient in producing and coaching work


Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years marketing and/or agency experience with at least 2 years in an online marketing capacity
  • Solid experience serving in a Strategic Thought Partner to Clients
  • Experience successfully managing and developing Direct
  • Working knowledge of technology solutions that integrate online and offline marketing elements
  • Understanding of strategic marketing principles and hands on experience executing holistic marketing plans
  • Experience executing projects and integrated multi-media campaigns against strict deadlines and budgets
  • Ideal candidate has worked in the away-from-home sector, with experience in non-commercial foodservice, convenience retailing and alternate channels
  • The Selected Candidate will have a proven record of successful personnel management/development
