JOIN Sodexo Facilities Division as a Facilities Operations Manager with strong mechanical and technical experience in building services to support The Salvation Army Corporate Building in New York. Part of the larger Salvation Army system.
The Facilities Manager will oversee the day to day operations of Building Services and manage a team in Housekeeping and Maintenance. The Manager must be able to multi-task, round, perform Management by walking around, build strong client relations, provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, prepare team for safety checks and documented inspections, and the ability to manage unit finances and Sodexo financial reports is required.
The successful candidate should be versed in Life Safety, DOH regulations and have FDNY Fire Safety Director Certification.
Hands-on Maintenance Position, HVAC, central plant and site supervisor Manage a women's resident. Ideal candidate has both maintenance and ES experience
Supervises hourly staff providing facilities maintenance and engineering services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training, and administrative functions of the designated area of supervision. May report to GM in smaller accounts, or to an Ops Manager in a larger account, or to another manager level.
