Job Description
The Senior Channel Marketing Manager will set the strategies to lead our B2B marketing area and will manage the budgets accordingly. They will identify market opportunities and drive revenue goals. This position will be responsible for a team and direct the following three key areas:
  • Marketing Activation – this individual will create commercialization strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals through expanded distribution partners. They will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies within assigned retailers. They will ensure proper translation of Brand strategies and objectives through the channel strategy and ensure they are included in the Trade Marketing Plans. They will have responsibility for the marketing budgets to drive the above marketing activities.
  • Customer Management – this role will partner with Brand Marketing and Sales for key accounts to drive trade promotion planning. They will oversee the product assortment & merchandising across all retailers for the entire channel.
  • Business Operations – The Channel Marketing Manager will review Sales/POS/Promotions analysis to provide strategic, actionable recommendations for channel offerings, demand and retailer planning. They will work with Consumer Insights, Brand Marketing, and Sales teams to prioritize insights and information needs for the commercial organization. They will also establish spending guidelines and make decisions based on ROI analysis.


Experience, Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business or marketing
  • Minimum of 7 years’ retail marketing experience
  • Sound skills in Agency/Vendor Management
  • International marketing experience preferred
  • 7-10 years’ experience developing marketing strategies
  • Sound understanding of Marketing/Product Analysis
  • Experience work with Product Assortment
  • Keen knowledge of Merchandising Fundamentals
  • Demonstrated Excel & Power Point skills
  • Ability to present information to Senior Leaders
  • Travel is required 25% of time
