Quality Assurance audits of Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQ) to ensure that contract standards are maintained and the integrity of examination reports is preserved. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Review completed Disability Benefits Questionnaires to ensure that contract standards are maintained
Perform Quality Assurance audits of DBQ(s) that have undergone VA released updates
Insures that a sampling of all DBQs reviewed by Medical Report Reviewers meet MSLA standards and meet VA requirements
Communicate with Post QA supervisor on a daily basis on any audit findings
Perform quarterly assessment of provider examination reports and provide feedback for improvement
Insure that all “new” Providers are extensively reviewed and feedback provided

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor of Science degree in Biology or Biological Sciences
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in working as a Quality Assurance Specialist or Quality inspection and auditing experience
Knowledge of DBQ requirements per VA standards
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
