About this job
Seeking an Entry level Laboratory Technician for a company in Winter Haven, FL.
Must be flexible to work different shifts but will be working Monday - Friday first shift. Must be able to perform blends, operate distillation equipment, and/or operate R&D equipment.
Positions require the use of computer-controlled processing equipment, forklift, pumps, valves, boiler, chiller, nitrogen generator, air compressors, air dryers, drumming equipment and ladders.
Experience with blending, distillation, R&D, lab or chemical processing is recommended.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel required.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb ladders and reach excessive heights
You must be authorized to work permanently in the United States. Must be willing to submit to a drug and background check.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a science (prefer Biology or Chemistry).
Knowledge of lab equipment and following SOP.
